IAS-500凝膠成像分析系統(tǒng)是一款用于電泳結(jié)束后對(duì)凝膠譜帶的觀察、拍攝和分析的專業(yè)儀器。內(nèi)置高分辨率CCD和變焦鏡頭，可以拍攝到肉眼難以識(shí)別的微弱電泳譜帶，采用專用濾光鏡組有效濾除背景干擾噪聲，同時(shí)最大程度地控制溴化乙錠（EB）的污染和紫外線泄露，實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)捷地對(duì)電泳結(jié)果進(jìn)行屏幕放大顯示、保存、標(biāo)記或編輯、整理實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告、打印等，減輕實(shí)驗(yàn)人員負(fù)擔(dān)。可以取代普通紫外分析儀或膠片觀察箱，是實(shí)驗(yàn)室必不可缺的專業(yè)儀器。
